Your main mission is to collaborate with clients to develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with their organisational goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
MISSIONS
- 1. Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments and audits to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- 2. Provide expert guidance on integrating ESG considerations into decision-making processes, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
- 3. Assist in the development and implementation of ESG metrics, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure impact.
- 4. Stay updated on global ESG trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and enable proactive advisory services.
PROFIL
- • A university degree in sustainable development, environment, management, or related field
- • Solid knowledge of ESG principles and ESG reporting standards
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Consulting, particularly in an ESG division
- • Advanced analytical skills for assessing environmental and social impacts
- • The ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with customers
- • Writing skills for creating reports
- • Fluent English
HARD SKILLS
- • Proficient knowledge of ESG frameworks, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and ISO 26000.
- • Expertise in ESG data analysis, impact assessment, and risk management.
- • Familiarity with sustainable finance and investment practices, including impact investing, and socially responsible investment (SRI) strategies.
- • Strong understanding of relevant ESG regulations, reporting requirements, and emerging trends in different industries.
- • Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing ESG communication strategies.
